With such cases, are we secular in real sense. Why delay, is it possible to delay for such a long time in any Islamic country such a case. Appears-everyone is prejudiced to defer it as long as possible.
What is reason behind after 25 years old case whichis pending in Court and now what is hurry OUT OF COURT SETTLEMENT. Let Court decide. What did Court in 25 years?

The proposed capital Amaravathi of Andhra Pradesh is located in an area once owned by Raja Venkatadri Naidu. His descendants are still living in the area. In Bhopal there is a man who has documents to prove that he is descendant of Bourbon kings of France. In Karnataka if the heirs of Tipu Sultan and Wodeyers decide to stake their respective claims, they can flood the courts with cases that can go forever. Without such mavericks, our news papers will be very dull indeed.
