Only those people who are willing to live in tents or single-storied light material houses should be allowed to live in highly quake-prone areas. The increasing frequency of high intensity earthquakes all over the globe may be due to clandestine underground nuclear explosion experiments.

Is it a quake or an underground explosion. what else is there left of these cities that they will soon see themselves dip into lower economic strata.
