Which country fought for China's veto power?

China will get its share of its sin
by viswanath n on Nov 13, 2017 01:54 PM

Looks like China wants to have a control by proxying through Masood Azhar. It has to decide whether it wants to help India or bully and wage proxy war through Pak and Masood like elements. Meteoric rise of any nation should be peaceful, then only it will exist, otherwise it gets its share of the sins committed

UNSC has lost its relevance
by subramani ganesan on Nov 13, 2017 12:04 PM

Post world war 2 it was formed with some relevance that time, India missed the boat by not objecting to China being part of the permanent member whether that would have mattered or not is a subject of debate but we gave in and China has now become a Pain in ..s
their policy would not change for long time to come and it is selfish and irresponsible world power. allowing it to grow and become strong is detrimental to other countries across the world. Pakistan is just a tool China uses so that it does not have to confront India directly for now. We need to make enough noise internationally and keep the pressure on. at this point in time there is not other way out

by pranab banerjee on Nov 13, 2017 11:58 AM

China will say India is also protecting a non-violent , nobel prize winning, greatly and globally respected religious leader; so why not Hafeezji (in Diggy and Mani's terminology)
