A India police will hunt and catch a cat and beat it black and blue and make it to confess that it is a tiger and this way the Indian police will catch a tiger(culprit).
The bus conductor voluntarily gave a written confession because he likes to live in a jail. No hand of gurugram police in getting this false confession.
