and author of the magnum opus *A brief history of time* yesterday stated that humankind will vanish from the face of the earth by 2600 CE !

He cites the exponential growth of human population and the steeply growing consumption of energy generated using fossil fuels as the two chief reasons for this.

It is the simple thing we fail to understand

Even Mahatma Gandhi said the same some 75 years ago. Industrialization is cancer to the society.

Our strength lies in Agriculture because of the fertile lands we have.

The curse of INdia is that we elect scoundrels election after elections whose main aim to stay in power and make as much as they can. And then in the name of 'development', all the schemes they introduce destroy the very meaning of 'development'.

In fact in the west ( especially in Europe), these things have been reversed long ago. They are very conscious of environment and human life than destructive development.

In India people are so greedy that they want to become rich overnight and live happily ever after. Well, the first step towards it , all the rivers were dried and then trees felled down to make way to 'LUXURIOUS 2 BHK houses' which in turn sucked the wealth of this country.

One thing is certain we are blazing down the tunnel to destruction.

Mansoor Khan seems to be leading an idyllic life. Nice to see someone enjoying life far off from the rat race and stress.
