US govt.is only responsible for such incidents happened in series there.They have to amend the rules of keeping arms and ammunition privately immediately .
American are becoming mentally sick with modern advancements. Humanity must be saved and should not become slave of inventions. Loss of innocent lives is always sad.
If their body of arm's itself become enemy of their own soul's how should they blame others !!!BUT now days humanity is shouting for peace in every part of this world??

Just on one or two occasions, the person may not be from the Religion on Peace, but 98% terrrrorists and 98% of such incidents are from Peaceful Religion. Peaceful religion has bloooody trail of history killing over 1400Million innocent civilians during the last 1400Years
