It is really heart-warming to find Rahulji to spend so much time ignoring forthcoming elections. But besides empty rhetoric, and ignoring of their constituencies for over a decade, it would be heartening if he donates them 100 crores from his kitty to the effected families besides Govt. help. So much they spend on elections to bribe voters, this is a constructive work.

No politics should be played in this matter. Instead of visiting the site & give a bite to TV all parties should give money to the victims' successors.

The state government and the Power Ministry should make a technical assessment of all power plants in the country ( especially the old ones) to see whether they are safe; if not they must be modernised or scrapped.
I am Ex Sr manager (HSE), The reasons may be multiple, needs Through investigation see that similar Disaster / incidences do not occur. Supplier/ erection & operators and even Chief Inspector of Factories & Boilers do held responsible for this accident. We wish M/S NTPC take aggressive preventive steps and pay the medical expenses and pay compensation as per Law. KRISHNAMURTHYNAGARAJA
