NTPC plant explosion: Toll rises to 29; Rahul visits Raebareli
by susarla suryaprakasam on Nov 03, 2017 06:46 AM

It is really heart-warming to find Rahulji to spend so much time ignoring forthcoming elections. But besides empty rhetoric, and ignoring of their constituencies for over a decade, it would be heartening if he donates them 100 crores from his kitty to the effected families besides Govt. help. So much they spend on elections to bribe voters, this is a constructive work.

No politics should be played in this matter. Instead of visiting the site & give a bite to TV all parties should give money to the victims' successors.

The state government and the Power Ministry should make a technical assessment of all power plants in the country ( especially the old ones) to see whether they are safe; if not they must be modernised or scrapped.
