1)Poor material quality used for making boiler Panel. 2)Safety/Relief valve did not operate and boiler pressure shooted up more than design capacity. 3)Boiler if under commissioning than pressure should not shoot up. In India Boiler Inspector are very corrupt to approve each boiler as per IBR norms they get hefty amount under table. India boiler norms are such that without corruption / wrong practice boiler can not Brust

Point to note is that these NTPC guys get such hefty packages and this is the state of affairs. Sad to see such a mishap happen .
Difficult to believe that no warning signals were activated before something like this happened . Our people are not that careless , this is a criminal and cardinal sin .
There are many slip between cup and lips , it appears like a sabotage .

YEAH!ISI agents clad in saffron robes must hv carries it out as in the present UP dispensation u can enter any place waiving a saffron gamchaaaa or Langoooooooooot,or dhotiiiiiiiiiiiii??????????????

Unless It is thoroughly investigated it is not essay to come for an conclusion, Can be be investigated from Sabotage point of view too. But looks as INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT
