who cannot write one line of correct English will come here to criticize the author. These people blinded by their evil militant beliefs cannot tolerate truth and logic.

The un-resolvable

border problems with both Pakistan and China arose only due to two of Jawaharlal Nehrus blunders. These are

1. While every princely state in British era India was allowed to opt to join either India or Pakistan based on the will of the majority of its subjects (rulers of Junagadh, Hyderabad and Travancore who decided otherwise were quickly dealt with and overruled), Kashmir alone was forced by Nehru to accede to India in return for the Indian armys assistance to protect Raja Hari Singh from irregular tribals sent by Pakistan.

Had the will of a majority of the subjects of the princely state of Kashmir been considered like in the case of each of the other princely states, Kashmir would certainly have acceded to Pakistan.

This is what Pakistan has been raising all along and this is what several UN resolutions have alluded to.

2. Nehru also sought to impose the British drawn McMahon line as the international border with China. This was not accepted by China as they felt that several pockets along this line do not have any historical connections to any Indian domain of the past.

And Nehru made the ultimate blunder of giving refuge to the Dalai Lama when the latter came running for his help ! The result was that China inflicted a humiliating military defeat on India and has remained a suspicious adversary to this day.

Had Nehru not made these blunders, India, China and perhaps even Pakistan would by now have reconciled with each other and settled down to friendly and cooperative ties !

British are not different from the Muslims/mughals etc invaded India and looted Indian treasure. But British were polished thieves and settled in India to rule 20 times bigger than their own British kingdom giving employment to thousands of British in India.whatever good things they did were for their convenience to rule hundreds of years and to take away valuable treasure to their own country by Dividing& rule hundreds of small states plagued by personal rivalry& jealousness. One thing in British to be commended is good quality of work with minimum corruption compared to our own Indian politicians& govt machinery

Nehru made .-- blunder of giving refuge to the Dalai Lama .A historian, he might not have thought that a question "the history of India is the history of invasions on India -Discuss"would appear in U.P.S.C examination paper sometimes in 1963 -64.He blundered miserably to build a strong national defence even after being aware of the speech in Meerut thus "they would be by themselves enough to maintain their own position. But suppose they were not. [[38]] Then our Mussalman brothers, the Pathans, would come out as a swarm of locusts from their mountain valleys, and make rivers of blood to flow from "and after being aware that when Maratha were storming Delhi Abdali was invited. No Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam had told him"Strength respects strength:.Even now we lack economic strength. We are exposing ourselves .Fear and Pacification is not the key or answer to safeguard the borders. We have to wake upto reality R.PONNAMBALAM

May be a mistake in 1947, now a boon, else whole India would have been Islamic State, Look at Kashmir, one will get answer. So called secular leaders - could not control small piece of land from Jihadis.
