Who cares
by bakchod on Nov 09, 2017 06:34 PM

This is a guy who has supported the murderOf 100s of people by Naxals. Did anyone sympathise with the victims of Naxals? Now they are trying to arouse sympathy for him like Kasab and Afzal Guru.

Correct but not correct
Venugopal is correct. But this man has only sided with Naxalists. So taking into consideration of his ailments it's all justice to give him a chance to repent. Keep him under medical custody or give him death sentence.Judgements also can be errors.

Tolerance to a Limit
by c vm on Nov 02, 2017 04:06 PM  | Hide replies

While some hard core Naxalites after committing no.of murders, if caught or surrendered get rehabilitated by Govts.,to bring them to mainstream. While he was supporting only for rehabilitation of innocent Adivasees and their cause of exploitation by land grabbing, sandwiched between Naxalite goons and the Police, and even Madam Medha Patkar supports the cause of Farmers and Adivasees, Prof.Saibaba may need reconsideration from Govt.,and Judiciary since such a harsh punishments to 90% disabled person
( not even being meted out to Terrorists, Scamsters,JNU Anti-national sloganeering Students, Bank Frauders)etc., provided he himself is not a proven hard core Naxalite.

So you want him to be kept in five star hospital and fed biryani like Kasab? Hundreds of children are dying every week due to malnutrition or sickness. Let the money go to them instead of giving comfort to Maoists.

justice !!!!

I find and hear that some people get all the goods in the jails. But find it true that your karmas help and that at some places Ram is worshiped and at other place Ravan.

So what ?
by Srinivas on Nov 01, 2017 05:40 PM  | Hide replies

The entire article is about Saibaba's disability, health issues and problems in the jail. Why was he convicted in the first place ?

So what if he is like an animal taking its last breaths ? Did he expect to get special treatment or get acquitted because he is disabled ? If he is a criminal, let him pay the price.

Pathetic article by Rediff highlighting only one side of the story.

Supporting adivasi cause is entirely different from supporting criminals like Maoists. Any one taking up armed struggle against an elected government is criminal and including supporting such a cause is treason, and must be exterminated. This fellow is lucky to be surviving yet, albeit like an animal. Maoists are same as Islamic terrorists.. and must be put down..

Even Masood Azhar and Hafeez Saeed are saying they are not supporting terrorists, they are only supporting Kashmir cause. But we all know what they are actually doing. Stop being naive.

Hang Him!
by Sujeet Shukla on Nov 01, 2017 01:47 PM  | Hide replies

He should have been awarded death penalty and hanged publicly for radicalizing innocent tribes on instructions of ISI and China. I doubt that he may be still doing the same thing from Jail.

You may be right. Why this man only. In this regard, whosoever raised voice in JNU against the country; should have not been spared. This is India, where you raise voice. If they would have been in Pakistan or China or Korea, they would have disappeared long back. We must respect our motherland & it's constitution.

Too late to repent
by rajanala ramakrishna on Nov 01, 2017 01:47 PM

I sympothize with Saibaba. But he should have thought about the consequences while supporting anti-nationals. The disability that had not deterred him in committing a crime is now coming on the way to serve the punishment given by courts. Too late to repent.
