ARMY MUST BE GIVEN FULL POWERS UNDER THE CIVILIAN GOVT; AND MUST BE GIVEN ORDERS TO ELIMINATE CHAOS BY ALL MEANS.
INDIAN ARMY IS CAPABLE OF DOING IT AND THERE NEED NOT BE ANY HESITANCY TO DEAL WITH ANTI-NATIONALS.
