Instead of joining SCO,India should boycott it. Any forum which has Pakistan and China as major members,should be avoided by India. Because these two rogue nations will see to that India's proposal are either held up or diluted.Today's Russia is a China stooge, and needs Chinese funds,siding with it in every matter,therefore chances of Russia going overboard to help us against China's wishes are remote.Moreover in the last 3 years,India has overturned many defence contracts with Russia,in favour of USA,which has angered them. Also the ban imposed by US on selling defence equipments to Pakistan,has landed Pakistan in Russia's lap. Therefore in Russia's interest it will keep quiet in face of a China-Pak axis.
