The removal of this section would give a free hand to derides like DK , who specialises in deriding only HINDU GODS, of tamilnadu a free hand to continue their destructive work. Under the garb of ' liberal approach' West also could destroy INDIA's CULTURAL IDENTITY.

Right to express

Right to express has to have some restrictions also.Nobody should be allowed to abuse any other person's religion.One can praise his own religion but nobody has the right under freedom of expression to demean other religions.

One should have the right to express but not to invoke religions distortion views.if peace is required then only right thing shall be preached.all books on earth are written by men.how much truth is there,one has to apply his brain.harmonious relations are the key to progress.

Evernone has got the freedom to express but not at the cost of others feelings either directly or indirectly.

Our constitution also expresses the same.

freedom to express critical comments

In democracy people should have the freedom to express their critical views on any topic or views expressed by any religious leader/political leader but it should be restricted to the subject under review but should not be personal abuse or demeaning the honour/respect of the other.Express your views analyzing critically to tell readers whether it is correct or wrong in ur view,Never take names& personal abuse

Of course.. you can freely express anything against Hindu community, gods, beliefs etc... no one will object.. some people will also complement you ...
