Why only this mulla personal law board us untrusteorthy? Fact is entire muslim commhnity can never be trusted. See how they kill each other in Saudi - yemen wsr, Al shabab of Somaliya, boko haram of Nigeria, Gadhhafi of Libya, Mulla maulvi of Iran and ziraq, bangladedh, porkistan, Sudan, Chevhens of russia, uighars of china, etc. Entire community is based on hatred and dextruction. Not a single muslim is liked or trusted today.

what about those lakhs of women who are staying alone as their husbands have LEFT them and neither gave them divorce nor live with them. and on top of this they do not give them any alimony.

Two wrongs will not make any one right. See whether the society is defending that custom or condemning that . further do the intellectual of that society has courage to support those cases where false hood is painted in large and bold letters . At least I am living in a society where at least they can call black is black, but are you part of such society, can you dare to call black is black ? or just hide under one pretext or other.

all i can say is SC can only advise the community leaders for reforms which are permissible under that religion. and leave upto that body.
if any female is victim of 3T she can approach court and can get the so called justice. she is free to even leaveISLAM if she felt insulted

i think this is more than sufficient for the SC to close this hearing at the earliest as SC cannot further interfere in religious matters.
instead SC should look into lakhs of pending cases of divorce filed in various courts all over the country.

Rather in future , it is a law and order situation. If males can easily take such decision then time will come violent females take the revenge , on their own way. Then which police will take the case,the muslim special police or the general police. think of it.
System of Fatwa is akin to Khap Panchayat dictates, in some part of India, can not be legal. It is in nature cannot be legalized by our courts under any pressure.

courts cannot interfere in each and every religious matters, and at times the courts and police needs the help of the same religeous leaders and panchayats to convince particular communities. so you cannot call them illegal,yes at times it conflicts with courts and police
