Absolutely Major Gogoi has done the right act. I salute the correct decision taken by him. He tied the Stone pelter and gave the comfort of Army Jeep, otherwise the the Stone pelter would have wasted his energy on throwing stones and might have sustained injuries. National Conference party has lost moral values and will be away from power in next election also.
The question doesn't arise because for the Indain Army it is not difficult to find a stone thrower in Kashmir. There is no way anyone can mistake a peaceful citizen to a stone thrower in Kashmir
silly article. The least the writer can call it is 'gogoi niti' and this writer contorts it into 'chankya niti' makes and uttrely unrelated references. Rediff don't pay fpr this useless stuff
What the Major did is the least that he could have done considering the political interference in all matters which is the major cause of unrest in valley. Always in support of the armed forces for their actions to protect the country
