NGT must fine at least Rs 50k per small industry per month till they stop dumping effluents into river and Rs 5,00,000 per month from the medium and large scale industrial Units dumping waste from their factories , and Rs 50 Lakhs per month from the Municipal Corporation which have not made alternative to dumping of these wastes and sewage into rivers and see how soon the river gets cleaner with no money of Tax Payers spent on this nonproductive work . Hope NGT and Polllution Boards can muster courage to stop favours to these agencies and take stern action and within 2017 we can get the rivers cleaner and in 2018 we can have lush green banks free from these mucking stuff.
