What were Kejriwal, and others were doing when
it was found the jaitley was doing something fishy
in the DDCA. Now after 4yrs they are taking this
cleaning the dust. Is it not for political gains

Senility takes different forms - viciousness is one of them. Jethmalani has proved it, once again!

He is a " criminal specialist" and collects huge money from them to fight for them. He is a legal mercenary with no qualms to support criminals for their payments. It is good thing BJP got wiser to get rid of him.

Unlike in countries
by piri on May 17, 2017 08:14 PM

where the rule of law is truly supreme and reaches everyone without fear or favour and where a vigilant general public serves as an additional - and most intimidating - regulator, businessmen dont need to necessarily possess business acumen in high degrees to succeed in India !

Unlike in those countries where institutional regulators, competitors, the media and the general public act in tandem to deter big time corruption in businesses, big business in India needs the will and the means to collude with and corrupt regulators and the administration rather than true business acumen to pile up riches !

Unlike in those other countries where an anti trust motion from competitors can trip up and prove very costly for the biggest among businesses for a deviation that would have been dismissed as irrelevant in India, the most blatant collusion between the administration and big business such as the Participatory note mode of laundering big black money is not understood for what it really is by an ignorant general public in India !
