India should NEVER PARTICIPATE in this Project.PAKISTAN is for dismemberment of India ;China is for it's hegemony>INDIA should sense it.Whatever India wants to do let it do differently.First let PAK. vacate the Kashmir it is holding still now.IT NEEDS to be taken at the right time R.PONNAMBALAM
India stands to lose by opting out of the project . Should have found some other way to maintain her stand . Whatever way one looks at it is a huge leap forward in terms of connectivity . We too need to export our goods .
