The conflict is now between the people of Kashmir who are therefore Indians and the security forces, both J&K police and Indian forces.The volatile situation has festered and probably become more tense. The stripping and killing of a Senior police officer at a Masjid is perhaps a signal that a solution is required and that using force to settle the protestors is counter productive. There is need for as change in strategy and discussions and talks seems to be only way out. The massive financial package promised by Modi is yet only on paper and the present State Govt has proved incapable of finding a middle path. The Home Minister's assurance that a solution will be found doesnt seem realistic. Modi has to get to the problem and ue the same position as Vajpayee to restore the confidence of the people and use various intermediaries to get peace back- NOt by force but by discussion!
Is there any auspecious time when we can start action in POK as ell as in Kashmir. Till yesterday, there was no botheration by Kashmiris because the general military persons are dying. But today one of the Kashmir Lieutenant died, there is so much hue and cry. Let us take advantage of such situations and act. Simply by giving thousands of crores in the name of development is helping those waiting for fighting against the country. At least do not transfer next and further lots. Stop. Act fast. Our delay in taking action is giving them strengthening their positions. It is a never ending task. Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.
We the people of India don't understand the Govt. of India's stand. Why the politicians are hesitating to take an iron stand against the miscreants and their perpetrators(here the Pakis) The people of this country are here to fully back the govt. though the Pakis may receive support in all ways from china our untrustworthy neighbour
It is how long that we heard any conflict between the lankan forces and LTTE or any conflict between Israel and the Hamas. An iron fist and change of strategy is required. Though causalties might occur may be innocent might be sacrificed but there is no option left. If not now thenmany more Kashmiiris would suffer over long term. Winner of the war also pays a heavy price, are we willing to pay that price.
