It may not be correct to comment on judgements if specially of the highcourt, leave alone supremecourt.
But everything seems went awry and something was wrong and wrong very badly.
Going into details may not be good.
The convicting of a judge of a highcourt, and an highcourt judge passing order on the judges of the supremecourt ,and punishing with imprisonement of a sitting judge , all seems like out of a cinema.
Paining because not only it is for the first time such thing happened, but the unavoidable question comes into mind " could it happen like this ?".
At the bottom of it all the unavoidable question and doubt arises in all minds that " there is corruption in the system."
Will the supreme court denies it in toto ?? that there is no corruption at all ?
Or the usual tactics of suppressing the " whistleblower ?" the public minds choose to think so.
The best way is the HOME MINISTER,LAW MINISTER must come together and discuss with some legal luminaries , and the CJI to find a way out to smoothen the all issues involved, and put an amicable end to it.
It is for the entire judiciary system to show that they are not politicians to fight in the open to strike a point.
Because Corruption is the main issue , and the minds of the people revolves only around it.
Neither the claim of a judge that he is suppressed because of his background, nor the outright punishment accorded to him are acceptable in the minds of public.

Common man always of the opinion and thinks that judiciary is the only definite and unassailable support available.
But of late there exists an opinion in the public that most of the lower courts are corrupt and only money works. Of course there are exceptions, and there is lots of respect for those honest judges.
Let the almighty looks after well those honest judges and their families.
But there is corruption existing in predominant manner as though that is the order of the day.
Coming to the present situation, the home minister and law minister alongwith the CJI and perhaps the law secretary must solve this issue without prolifarating and setting an ugly precedent for all times to come.
Hon'ble Justice Karnan has conclusively proved that, selecting a judge to appease the segment of people demanding social justice is a colossal blunder. Earlier Justice Dhinakaran had proved the same point. Judiciary must wake up to the stark reality lest it is made a laughing stock in the eyes of the nation !
Before the verdict he left Calcutta. After that to Srikalahasthi. Now WB police has gone to Chennai to arrest him. Once it is done he can appeal for bail & seek legal recourse.
