at least now after 5 years judgement has come. this judgement can be given in 5-6 days and they should be publicly hanged in front of their parents, wife who had supported her husband, and their defendents. regards ramesh

The fifth rapist must be hanged. no info about him. the judgement is an eyewash and only hindu criminals are hanged. the last muslim rapist is spared
I was so afraid that this case may dropped but now i am confident.. i am very happy that still hope is there... Great judgement and judges... if things going like this i may stop asking from abroad...
If real rapists are to be hanged, why not award Bharat Ratna awards to men who are falsely implicated in rape cases, sexual harassment cases and moletation cases?

The fifth rapist must be hanged. he is saved because he is a Minority community not a minor. Judgement fails in itself.

He's was a minor on the date of the incident and on that date, there was no law to treat a minor as an adult. Therefore, he cannot be punished like the others but must be dealt with under the Juvenile Justice Act

If there was no charge of 302( IPC), there were not sentenced death penalty. Section 376 of IPC should be treated more severe than 302, If we really want to protect & respect ladies.
I am amused by the passion shown by people who comment about this rape and killing. I only ask why they don't feel the same sense of shame and anger at the gang rape of Biklis Bano and others - including the brutal killing of her three year old daughter

I support you very much. The reason is simple. The victim in Bilkis Nabu case was a muslim and the perpetrators hindus.
Simple as that. No rocket science needed.
In India, laws are made to favour certain gender, certain religions and certain castes.

I think the only reason this got attention is because of the public outrage. Cases before and cases after are still clogging the dockets.
