Quite appropriate that the 4 convicts were confirmed death sentence. However why is it that in a similar case in Gujerat during the riots the culprits were given only life term? Is justice different for different people?

It is very shameful that, some lawyers still say that, Death Sentence to the 4 Rapist & Killers of Nirbhaya is too harsh and also pass comments on the verdict.
Sometimes, I also think, had this kind of Gruesome Act happened with either their own daughter or any other very near and dear one, they would have kept the same stand against the culprits ??? Now, some of these Advocates may say, that everything will depend upon the facts and circumstances of the case. But, which fact of this case should enable them to the leniency.

Nothing new speaks about family values ,ethics and poor upbringing only greed and money as essence of life .It is the parents who should be cursed for such filth in scoiety
