Those who are protecting a rapist are to be hanged first. These creatures do not have any authority to live. whether these NGOs will protect the rapist if this happens to them or their wives or their daughters? There should be extreme punishment for this. Crime is crime & that should not be judged by age. This guy also to be hanged but first these NGO persons to be hanged.
what a kind of human service by the NGO, protecting the rapist, on behalf of his age, no matter persistence of these type of NGO's would propel other such cases. Hats off to you.

You are right but are you sure that all who raped and murdered and convicted in the past were awarded capital punishment by the competent court of law.

THIS SO CALLED JUVELINE SJOPULD HAVE EEN TRIED AND HANGED WITH ALL HIS OTHER CONSPIRATORS . WAS HE NOT THE MOST BRUTAL. DID JUVELINE CLAUSE , POVERTY ETC COME IN THE WAY FOR PERFOMING THIS GORY CRIME. SORRY SUCH A GORY CRIME HAS NO AGE,BACKGROUND AND PITY. ITS NEEDS EQUAL JUSTICE. HE SHOULD HANG WITH THE OTHERS

By the way is it right for various agencies to hide his identity and send him to work in various places?? Who guarantees that he will not do it again?? If he does it again, will these agencies take responsibility??

A seventeen year and 6 month-old juvenile at the time of Rape, from Badayun, Uttar Pradesh,Now 22 years old,may be selling Mutton Kabab or Biryani as the roadside vendor..shame on Enakshi Ganguly Thukral run NGO HAQ-Center for child rights(here the child is expert in brutal rape)
