The person who stated that India is a secular country, with no religous discriminations, is a well known big liar.In courts only the witnesses are asked to take an oath of speaking the truth. Whereas the advocates are spared, including the AG(gov'ts biggest pleader- also its biggest liar). This has been going on for many decades

INDIANS should learn from our neighbours how to treat minorities. see in their country the minorities are flourishing like never before, they have all the freedom to practice and no forced conversion

Praveen : pl note that India is secular country from Independence not because that the minorities want it that way, but majority of Hindus want it that way. why do you yet cry. whom you are calling a liar is talking straight. It was nothing but lie perpetuated by the earlier dispensation who by proclaiming themselves as secular went on minority appeasement and indulged in open vote bank politics.

That has been the case with India since Independence and even now, it remains the same. Except that the PM does NOT wish to appease the minorities, all the SICKular parties are painting him in gory red. Nothing has changed and nothing ever will.

India response is weak in responding to Pak allegations who itself not doing any favour to minorities there and unnecessarily poking India who only telling we don't do so and not pointing finger to Pak for atrocities on minorities.

State Religion

India has no state religion, because the BJP has not enough votes in the Rajya Sabha.

Even if India is declared a HIndu nation, the RSS will say we are not a sectarian state because HInduism embraces all religions within its fold !!

what you envisage about RSS' declaration has already been declared and recorded as a fact by the Supreme Court of India. If you have a problem with that then you have to live with your problem. Anyways if you feel that the all-encompassing Hindutva is suffocating you are welcome to embrace anytime the most (piece)ful religion of the world.
