And such technical subjects must be assigned to knowledgeable Ministers and not to the senior most etc . Uma Bharati should have been Tribal Welfare Minister and not the Ganga Cleaning Head as she has no common sense even that first step To get the river free from the muck is to stop muck flowing into it . Rs 20,000 crores of Indian Tax Payers being used fir what?!! If I am assigned by the PM as an Honorary Minister , I shall have the Ganga and Yamuna cleaned within One year with NO Crores needed and I shall generate funds thru penalties by making NGT and State Pollution Control Boards get this find or quit their jobs, there shall be no mercy fir persons who do not do justice to their assigned work. Better send them home with no textural benefits .then , see the speed and dedication of the New Team. I am Willing if the PM has will to assign this task to persons like me .
