Best solution to give the farmers int rebate for the 5 to 10 years as decided by the govt.with the condition that they will pay back 10% annually of the amount as on today. In my opinion the farmers will also be responsible,go to any village you will find farmers misusing the money in gambling,drinking alcohal and some other social bad traditions like terhi,bhat etc
When farmers were committing suicide from 2 to three decades what Rahul Gandhis UPA government was doing why not tried to link rivers as Vajapee Government thought to link the rivers. are these type of issues can be solved in a day. as Rahul Pappu thinks???
they could have done proper plan forecast when they were ruling. there will be water problems for Farmers. now running and coming to get the sympathy of Farmers and Blaming Modi Waaa Thera Natak????????!!!!!!!!!!!

You're short memory mind . Do you know it was congress who waived 70,000 cr of loan of farmers. Modi will see if he visit TN , He is interested in farm lands to give Ramdev and his own state guys Adani andAmbani , poor modi wants to hang on power , shameless .

Why Farmers required loan waiver if Congress arranged suffecient water by linking rivers Don't you think farmers must be allowed to be self sufficient and live with self respect. Congress not planned to arrange water irrigation for cultivation by taking any step to link the river or any other way. and waving loan. after making farmers poor.! If given water farmers also will become rich and they will not beg government to waive the loan
