The party is really lucky to have such a great mind in their fold. It is not that party sculpted him. He is a man who will shine wherever he is.

Is Tharoor posing as a good samaritan? There are so many unanswered questions in his own life.

The proposed Bill to help the mentally ill.
by RAJESH AGARWAL on Mar 28, 2017 10:09 PM

Like all Bills which end up becoming a large building ; with an equally large no of employees ; and nothing to show on the ground, we need to a well meaning and enabling Act. I wonder if this is understood by our Law makers who never seem to stop looking for more power and FUNDS to secure their jobs. ARE WE THEN A SICK SOCIETY ?

A very very heart warming speech, rarely seen now a days in Parliamentary proceedings. No doubt, his UN experience is well behind him.

no sir you will be surprised how well informed articulate confident and relevant the young and new MPs are.Rabble rousers are a distinct past. Shashi Tharoor does have an edge because his gift of the gab in English. But equally good are some MPs when they speak in Hindi. )Shashi Tharoor's personal life is a disaster.)

Very Relevant issue
by Urvashi Seth on Mar 28, 2017 05:25 PM

More important than the legislation,we need to ensure how mentally ill patients are treated at Hospitals and even at their homes.A sea change in attitude is required. Most importantly, prevention is better than cure.If everyone understands this, then we can reduce the occurrence of mental illness to just a fraction of the existing and also cure the really ill patients very easily.
