The law is .......
by Bwinde Kang on Mar 28, 2017 09:34 AM

The unruly behavior by airlines passenger is an offence under Safety of Civil Aviation Act (1982), Aircraft Safety Act (1934) besides assault being a criminal offence under IPC. Anybody who indulges in such acts is likely to be arraigned for violation the relevant laws. The Law-makers should at least read the law before opening their mouths! Period!
