When there is no moral science being taught at the very young age at schools self-discipline takes off. the net result is that when the school going children grows up they automatically loiter around women's college whatever the reason may be.
When this situation crosses a limit affecting the girls definitely the statuary laws comes in the picture automatically in the name of anti-romeo or for that matter any xyz name
To curb this the government should bring the moral- science as a subject compulsorily in all schools both private, government and govt.aided. No lame excuses be allowed by any party. Then one can see good results in the long time
WILL ANYONE HEAR THIS DO SOMETHING? for the benefit of the society and future generations
The society should also not bring in excuses like freedom, freedom of expression and what not
The writer may have a daughter, a sister, a ....., but might have not faced the problems the girls and women are facing these days. All good things are looked down by these so called intellectual writers......HATS OFF TO YOGI FOR HIS INITIATIVE. It takes courage to rule UP>

sunil hehehe courage to rule nahi evms tampering to rule UP and India...do you see similarities in 2014 and 2017...if you dont see it than you are living in a fools paradise
