out of court will not happen ..second why can't they start talking and then say nothing is happenning? Shows that they are not interested in any compromise whatsoever..court should take the case back and do things based on proofs rather now..

No logic
by Sudarshan Nityananda on Mar 27, 2017 12:40 PM

Illogical Jilani again. If Modi and Yogi are an impediment then why didn't the BMAC settle out of court when MMS or Vajpayee were at the helm ?

Communal ppl always think others communal. Peaceful talk is not the cup of tea of Indian Muslims..!! They are hate mongers, self centered, bigot and violence lovers. Can't expect them to be the torch bearer of communal harmony..!!

A civil dispute as well as a criminal act has happened. The judiciary has to pronounce pronounce who is the rightful owner of the property in dispute and punish the persons who involved the criminal act. All civil or criminal dispute before judiciary involves sentiment of some person or others and judiciary should not abandon his responsibility by saying it involves sentimental issues .

Moreover, our country is an established democracy having written constitution and laws to govern. It is not run by Kangaroo court to decide what is wrong and what is right.
