Nariman has a constitutional right to differ not only from PM or CM but on matters too. Alike others have also right to differ from Nariman. Now others in UP are in majority. Nariman should accept it. If as per his worries constitution is violated, let him go to court & try his luck. Where was he when rights of majority were being thrown to winds by exclaiming only minorities have priority over majority. Strangely here in our country, these politicians have reduced the word of minority to only one & only one - Muslims. They can riot to throw majority out of their dwellings, loot their shops, kill / rape them at will stop them at their will from rightful worship, they can disobey court orders under political patronage, they can openly challenge the legal gov't, armies, law enforcing agencies & so on. Our media became mute, dumb, blind & deaf to all such acts.Chest thumping secularists demand azaadi. We have azadi. but these secularists probably want azaadi to rape, murder, loot, do all illicit actions. They openly declare constitutional & national duties like jai hind, saluting the flag even national anthem & so on Then such band wagon of such narimans known as secularists are not seen any where for the reasons best known to them only. For heaven's sake, let the things move democratically in right direction. Parliament & judiciary should take care of deviations .

Surinderji is right. Why Nariman feels and makes such a sweeping/weeping statement that the constitution is under threat is not made clear. All those years under congress rules, how many times constitution is amended, he must be remembering despite his age! it sounds that the statement is borne out of jealousy

Mr Nariman is an eminent person of the country. Like all others, he has a right to express his opinion and he has done it very frankly. His apprehensions/anxieties shall be cleared only with the passage of time. Virendra
