Sir, Do not try to hide behind the 'dalit' identity and insult all deserving Dalits by your insubordination and do not make Dalits ashamed that such a person belonging to their community has behaved in such an unbecoming manner. Should such judge be allowed to be kept in judicial system. When our system will bar such caste prejudiced people too in govt. service so as to provide justice to all.

Yes you are right. 99% of the judges in the lower courts of West Bengal don't even write the daily orders and proceedings themselves. Instead they force the court staffs ( Clerks, who are merely class 10th passed candidates) to write the daily orders and proceedings. If any of the staffs or clerks refuses to do so, they are harrased in numerous ways.
