Let us not be too negative, some publicity is good to create confidence. Secondly, it is not required to be a super power to counter China- even a smaller power can have real deterrence and prevent adventurism. Same as Pakistan feels against a bigger power India.
write such a piece and puncture the laboriously built self delusion among the Indian middle classes that India is catching up fast with China in every sphere and would soon overwhelm it ??
