Can Dalits, who have been languishing for the past 3000 years at the bottom of India’s social, economic, cultural and educational hierarchy, be raised to the standards of UpperCastes in 25 yrs? YES. After thorough research I have arrived at the below formula: First an authoritarian rule or dictatorship should be imposed, who can carry out the following. 1. Impose strict family planning—2-child policy among Dalits. 2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies. Just to teach English from Class 1 to Class 5 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5%. Or just do not revise the salaries of GovtEmployees for 30 years and that will bring them down to market levels and that money can be transferred to social upliftment. 3. Whenever there is an opportunity, Dalits should be trained to develop their English skills. Even they should be motivated and even compelled to practice even religious chants, songs, sermons etc in English along with parallel-running translations in their local languages. 4. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands) for them and then train them well in western manners (of course they should be kept away from bad habits of the West).

5. Remove HHinduismm for the minds of Dalits, because the CasteAndReligion indirectly acts as a retarding force on their minds. Or encourage Dalits adopt positive rationalism. I have noticed those who converted to BBuddhism, SSikhism and Christtianity faring far better than HHindu Dalits. Change of mindset makes a difference. If the above principles are strictly followed, I am sure Indian Dalits can be raised to the standards of UpperCastes in 25 years time.

There is no point in keeping them which call them HHindus and at the same time untouchables. Let hem be atheists. To be liberated, they need to be detached from the religion which branded them as untochables.

6.kick all dalits who booze and create problems to their family . 7. start giving incentives to dalit students who go for education. but stop reservation. 8. treat indiscipline as a curse and punish .then all dalits will be equal to any successful class or caste.
total negative attitude . Is this man saying that the people of UP has no wisdom to vote in Legistative assembly Election and he only got the right and to give statement against crores of people. Professor you professed for what ,ask your conscious and make correction. Dont worry India is in safe hands and you can voice against nation / public. What can one do but laugh at such inane opinions. And, to think that these people call it 'analysis'. Such pathetic freeloaders grown in the 70 years of socialist government system are the bane of our higher education. Not that the RSS or BJP have an idea on how to clean this rot in Indian science, Indian academia, Indian intellectual societies. Sad!
