I have been reading all the articles by this guy ashraf or whatever..he nd rediff have always blocked my comments coz they r pro muslim or sickular oops seculars. .i mean so called...anyways the point is this this asshraf is always anti hindu...nd so is rediff....so is there any point in writing any comments here
I wrote facts and reasonable things..Didn't write a wrong word about anybody.But Rediff blocks it.The writer must tell Rediff to to let him hear a differing opinion R.Ponnambalam R.Ponnambalam.
If any Indiabull company or its agent or finance advisor asks for processing fees for loans sanction for any amount 10 , 20, 30 or forty thousand do not pay as processing fees are applicable only on loan sanctioned and not for document processing. Now a days loans are not passed but people pay multiple fees for loans and only 2 out of 100 applications qar approved to collect processing fees from customers.
Help everyone of your friend and relative as law was alre4ady passed in your favor at time of congress governments and also these people ask insurance amounts 50000 to anything and also charge insurance on the premium making your loans costlier. RBI has already said insurance is not required for loans and it is upon customer.
Also, now they are charging advance interest on the loan meaning if you want to close the loan in one year or less they alreeady have taken interest for entir year meaning you are paying 60-70 percent interest.
With crores of people being looted law is having excess of complaints and unable to help the people so best do not pay processing fees or take insurance if your loan is not sanctioned and if loan is sanctioned do not be afraaid politely refuse the lief insurance or take a term plan costing very less from other company if you want insurance but do not pay hefty premiums.
Then only system will improve otherwise no one at top helps you whoever comes in power he only promises but the loot goes on and on. You can also ask for refund.

I agree with you in fact I wss even swindled of paying processing charges twice as the amount paid in cash to their representative was not accounts even after writing to their MD with documentary evidence & they increase the rate of Interest without any notice but when rates fall DO NOT DECREASE the rate automatically but ask for all kinds of documentation & then say we must open a new account ........Avoid them
