Sir, There is no dearth of intelligence sect from he known days of Kautilya till date including personalities like Mr. Narayanan Nambiar, Mr. R.N.Kao, who archistrated. But the inability to rely on the inputs and act lacked on occassions which did put this country in embarrassing situations. We have to salute such of this personalities every day since we are able to live atleast with this much happiness and safety, in spite of dirty hovering of clock and dagger vultures. Jai Hind.
