What is surprising is that Indians living abroad, especially in Europe & US, stick to a ghetto culture. They dress, maintain their indian looks(unkempt bearded). The woman in this photo is dressed typically like a Northy housewife. While it is a fact that some people of these countries have become sensitive to immigrant invasion, it is also the duty of the immigrants to try to gel with the local culture. Do as Romans do when in Rome. Otherwise you stand always a chance of becoming victimised.

Where it ends ? Nationalism as a workable concept is long dead. the sooner the better for the man kind to realise it. instead let us rediscover the inherent divinity in man and embrace every one as our brothers and sisters.
looking from a neutral standpoint, foreigners in any land it not a welcome sight and it is in our basi instincts to protect , protest and fight back. i would ask the readers here that how should india have beahaved when the british occupied it? and if america does the same ,then why are we surprised. well, come back to india and serve india, if you are staying back hoping america to change then thats ridiculous. it is only in america that you can raise voice , if it is russia or china then you dont need me to tell you what would have happened to protesters.

Remember 1 thing. Americans too have taken over a land which belonged to native 'Red Indian tribes', beginning with the Spaniards, the Dutch, the French & English men who finally nudged out all others into submission. High Time somebody told them they too could be asked to 'get out of this country' by 'Red Indians' and their ilk.

Yes same way as Aryans (Hindus) once migrated from middle east and distroyed Harapan Civilization here and made aboriginal slave/shudra/untouchables and rules here for several 1000 years with worst form of slavery called Caste system.

Dear Anil Kumar Pummy, The story of Aryan & Dravidian was a story cleverly pushed down our throats over the decades by the British. 'Arya' in Sanskrit means 'the Cultured' and not what most of us were made to understand through 'tailored' history taught firstly by the British and foolishly continued by the grand old pseudo secular Nehru & his ilk. We are all Indians from time immemorial. Most Dravidians are dark complexioned because of geographical reasons but are Indians from Southern India, just as North Indians who are fairer for te same reason as are people from the North East. The Aryan / Dravidian theory please understand is junk and shold be done & dusted. Jai Hind !

Comparing Indians working with due permission from American Government with forcible British occupation of India is quite silly. Government grant them visas/permission which muct have given after due consideration of their country's requirement of skilled workforce. US is also benefitting from the Indians who live & work there. Its not a one way traffic. What wrong have Indians done if they apply for a job or visa and get them. Local companies are hiring them. If Americans have to protest any wrong doing they should do so against their Government instead of targetting Indians
Sub: Boycott American goods The sickening frequency of attack on Indians in America is really saddening. To make Americans to come to their senses we should boycott American goods. It is no secret Americans are overly dependent on the huge market India offers. Instead of being grateful to Indians, these lazy Americans are showing resentment. If they are really hardworking/intelligent Indians could not have landed in America! Instead of indulging in hate crime let them show their mettle by hard work. If we stop using American products millions of Americans will lose their jobs. Without realising this they are crying for some 60000 and odd HIB VISA, which is too insignificant number.

This intellectual person teaches Indian govt and Indians should be tolerant and tolerate violent thinkers, antinationals speakers. Police should not enter JNU, freedom of speach et etc. Where is he and his colleagues now? What are these Americans are doing to innocent people. He is blocked all his holes and watching, probably enjoying what is happening in his own country.

The same question could be asked to you... that why you propagate hate in india and start asking question when the same happens in USA....
Further, no one should support hate crime be it india or US or anywhere else...and time foryou to understand this

It is only those liberals in USA who are supporting Indians in the time of needs, lawyers offering free services, US Citizen trying to save life of an indian and getting injured in the process .... not the bhakts like you
