Fundamental Rights
by prabhakar on Mar 06, 2017 04:57 PM  | Hide replies

No doubt in democracy freedom of speech& writing are there but with a rider that you got no right to allege/abuse others in vulgar/unparliamentary language.whatever you want to say against even political powers/authorities instead taking direct names ,it could be wisely indicated indirectly from the description of facts public could get an indication of the personality and you could express freely without hurting .

Even moderators of online platforms also may pm note that where nobody's names are referred but critical of the things/facts cannot be termed as abusive and need not be deleted, but shockingly moderators are failing in deleting highly abusive/personally derogatory 2 line comments by some of the jealous/uncultured one on internet comments.

Yes. No one has a right to abuse others.

But it seems the constitution has some provision hidden away somewhere (that is not yet known even to constitution experts) that allows elements of the right wing extremists to throw bricks at people who they think are going to shout anti national slogans !

And I am delighted when the shxt is beaten out of RSS goons in Kerala whenever they try to bring the criminal ways of north Indian barbarians here !

The stuxpid thugs just cant understand why Keralites are not getting frightened of them like the ignorant and stuxpid commoners of North India always do !

Just waiting to see whether the ABVP will venture with its nitwit students into campuses in Kerala and try to *stamp* their presence by throwing bricks at people as they did in Delhi !

Oh, only in Kerala, didnt you know ?

In TN and AP, the dunces of the ABVP have not ventured so far !

Perhaps they are frightened about the prospect of getting clobbered if they bring their north Indian browbeating styles there !

The crow in disguise of peacock shall remain a crow always. May they adopt the european names like Jeorge, Mathew, Sebastian, antony, Stalin, Joseph, Judas but shall have the dark skin behind the lungi. They will catch fish in coastal regions and get free pastry and cake on Sunday. Fallen perished soul is beyond the salvation. Fallen is he who renegades his culture, rituals, religion to get free meal, ration and ex-gratia.

Keralites are mainly clerks and peons across India. ABVP or us dont care about these 3rd grades. But piri, what did you do to your christi vicar Fr Robin, alias Mathew? He used a minor girl for 5 months and poor thing gave birth to a boy last month. Piri, being a woman, you should do something.

A lot of keralites are clerks and peons perhaps.

But nowhere will you see Keralites rushing in to eagerly take up manual or any other jobs for as little as Rs. 400 per day as 28 lakh immigrant workers (chiefly from North India) are doing now in Kerala !

These poverty stricken men rush to Kerala in ever increasing numbers only because they get no more than Rs. 80 to Rs. 150 per day for similar work in their boondock north Indian states !

Don't believe it ??

Too ignorant to have heard about it ??

Read about it to enlighten yourself !!

And hyndu....muxlim...chritti...hyndu....?

I have a hyndu name (though I do not practice religion).

But, tell me, dont hyndu swamis fu*k around ?

Arent news reports about this frequent enough to make people regard it as commonplace ?

Dont Muxlim ones too fu*k around ?

Oh, I have a lot to poke fun at the Chrittian community in Kerala (especially the way their priests came forward to block the implementation of the Gadgil committee report for conservation of the western ghats).

But then you are least likely to be aware about subjects such as forest and ecology conservation, right ?

Once again. The ABVP is yet to venture into throwing bricks at people attending seminars in Kerala as they did at Ramjas college !

Wonder why ?

Even if that is true (which it is not), don't you think such a situation is immensely better for mallus than that of North Indians - more than 70 % of whom do not even have a toilet to use and must necessarily defecate in the open every morning ??

forgot to add that it is also part of the freedom of every individual to be regulated or restrained only by constitutionally mandated agencies (the police and the courts) in the exercise of his freedom of speech (especially when such exercise is done in forums meant for the same) and not by goons masquerading as patriots or nationalists !

If these are goons (read ABVP etc) then communists SFI and DSU can rightly be assigned the status of traitors and terorrists.

What is azadi? Can not it be from poverty, communalism, vandalism, hooliganism etc. ? Venkaya et al are trying to define azadi in their perspectives, which I may or have the right to differ. They are trying to call people anti national whenever they utter this word. This is a deliberate attempt to spread hatred throughout the country on false propaganda.

Glad you want aazadi from Poverty, communalism, vandalism and hooliganism.
That Aazadi from Poverty, communalism, vandalism and hooliganism is what Modi is trying to give to this country...
Not aazadi from India for Kashmir or Malappuram..
That will never come.
Hope your people undertsand that.
