RAM MANDHIR IS ALSO BEING BUILT SECRETLY AND STONES BEING BROUGHT AND BLACK MONEY OF 40000 CRORES IS ALSO AVAILABLE FOR BUYING THE MATERIAL OR MARBLE PEOPLE ARE BEING ASKED TO GIVE MARBLE STONES FOR FREE. LOTS OF THINGS ARE BEING DONE SECRETLY.
DISTURBANCE IS NOT AUTOMATIC AND IT IS CREATED AND PAID FOR. EVEN IN KASHMIR PEOPLE ASKING FOR INDEPENDENCE ARE FINANCED BY GOVERNMENT AND PEOPLE FIGHTING ARE ALSO FINANCED BASIC PURPOSE IS TO COLLECT TAXES FROM PEOPLE IN NAME OF KASHMIR.

Gorkhaland can never see light of the day.Mamta is working overboard to help hill people thro dramatic development.Gurung and few goons are putting hill people in disarray.
“For maintaining his culture, language and ethical values, he must know his mother tongue.” Perfectly right .”Now for a Nepali, for a Gorkha, Nepali is their mother tongue, which is recognized in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution. So teaching of Nepali is a must as also English .The choice to learn any other language must be let to the people.The Govt. can have schools offering facilities to learn whatever other language they want to learn, for every language is a temple where the soul of those who speak that language enshrined as William Wendal Holmes had said.The Central Govt. should appoint teachers to school in various languages. People learning their own mother tongue will never affect unity of India but will enhance it.Imposition of language draws forth unpleasantness, dislike, hatred toward the Govt &the State as language imposition amounts to linguistic slavery or linguistic proselytization .Inida is for getting equal opportunity and to be a country of equal rights to all it's people not to learn other's language in whatever guise it is,The Govt. of India should first become conscious of it .R.Ponnambalam
It is not Mamata it is BJP who is responsible. BJP state secretary says they are against Gorkhaland & Mr. Ahluwalia, the MP with the support of Gorkhas, in Darjeeling he is supporting it & in other places he is voicing against it. Torching & mob firing is not peaceful one. Let BJP make their stand clear first then blaming others.
This is a problem of over 40 years, since the days of Jyothi Basu's CPM rule. The main point is Bengalis never treated them as equals, and always ill-treated them as 'night-watchmen / Gurkha' and no facilities for their upliftment. The WB Govt. rather immensely preferred Bengali Muslims from East Bengal ( at least 2 crores migrated). Better to merge Gorkhaland with Sikkim.

It is a blatant lie. Read the notification. It is said that for Hill people it is optional. How an MP can state openly a lie? Gorkhas have been incited to do it.

I don\'t know from which part of India you belong. But from all the pundit\'s post it is clear all are ignorant, not educate themselves before commenting and can only use filthy language even abuse races as prevalent in social media. You people belong from that region of India where people get killed in the name of religion and even caste, sub caste etc and these people are abusing a race without knowing anything. It seems not only they are impolite, uneducated lots but has very sick and filthy mindset.
