Time for iron fist

When detail of deployment of Army personals is a secret, why always shown the picture of major Gogoi? It is more wrong to publish the picture of the Major than unconventional method of the Major. Why complained the bitterness of the medicine without thinking about the hatefulness of the disease? If don't can't accept distastefulness of the medicine, cure the illness first. That is the job of politicians.

Major Gogoi was brilliant. Hereafter he may look for Yechry, Partha, Didi to tie up over the bonnet. They won't show up as theis life is precious. He can tie Omar, Dr Mufti and Geelani instead.

Yes. It is a must that the civilians should be afraid of the army. In our country anything that is done by the army is questioned by the self proclaimed intellectuals. Would the Americanized Partha Chatterjee, would be bold enough to rant / chatter about the treatment done to the prisoners of Eraq war by the American troup - that too women making the POW smell their sanitary napkins. Has this intellectual Partha Chatterjee chattered anything against this heinous treatment shown to the Eraqui POWs. Such of those Indians living in America who cried those actions 'foul' have the right to such rantings. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND ANYTHING POSITIVE IN his earlier chatterings and rantings. MEA shall never allow him to land oin India again like what Malysia did to Vasiko. However, he had a raw deal in Malaysia. If army can't protect themselves from these paid stone pelters and petrol bombers, how can they protect civilians.

"How would you have dealt with the situation (had Major Leetul Gogoi strapped a Kashmiri to the bonnet of his jeep) IF you were army commander?""
This question should be posed to all those who criticised that action.
If I were commander, i would keep one Judge, One Rights Activist, One person from Opposition Parties, One negotiator/ arbitrator along with me-while going for such operations, who would try to tackle the situation with retraint, love and tact- before army's might was released
