I being retired Army Officer, is hurt badly. The said colonel must be be punished as hard as possible by the Army as well as by Civil authorities. If he is proved guilty he MUST be court martial ed removed his rank and debarred to call even ex Army. Shame

Dear Mr Lal Singh, Please go into the details of Tehelka.It was a different story and manipulated by a Political Party. Please do not be sarcastic. Army has a clear SOP to deal every culprit. The First page of MIML (Law Book), says, Punishment must be Exemplary.It is to set up an example for the rest of the Army. There is saying in Hindi"BIN BHAYA HOTH NA PREET"
