This is not done. However, Rediff also should not highlight the names. They do it deliberately to give it a religious twist.

Certain officials have become rude and immune to protect the self respect of less priviledged people in the shadow of Swachch Bharat.A noble cause is being implemented with out providing the toilets in enough numbers,and lakhs constructed have no facility like water and toilet sets.There is no mode to know as to how much is pocketed by the middle man and officials.Apnee jab bharo bas.

Stringent punishment required for these men who behaved like animals.

Open defecating is not good but is the municipality has arranged enough public lavatories in appropriate places so that women can use them ?

But photography of such incidents are an extremely bad act and they must be punished. And manhandling and killing one is a dastardly act.

They must be taken to law and immediate punishment is a must.
