It is not a good practice. It is OK for social gathering but occupying a seat in High Offices without any responsibility or a suggestive role is very bad. The people of a country show their confidence in the person they elected to a position but not in his family and friends. This not only throws a bad picture of the person elected and his key abilities like decision making; he is shown in a poor light because he cannot decide things without someone's assistance. Secondly the influence of the other person on the elected member may not be always good for the Country and may have a separate agenda also. It is not a training school for anyone to sit, command and enjoy. It might happen only in the west. Dynasty politics are not new - in India too, it is there but we are somewhat better in the sense that a position in the party or government is attached to feel and act with responsibility.
