Residents of the building had complained about the illegal alteration being carried out by a local Sena leader, but officials of the BMC just sat on the complaint.

“The building collapsed because the Sena leader had removed a pillar."

Do Sena leaders also pay bribe to BMC like Kapil Sharma for renovations or are they free to tamper the structure of a building without paying hafta.
