India has around 1 crore terroriests mostly from RSS hardliners who fall in the same class as ISIS-Talibanis and similar creed of groups out to disturb our minds and thinking with their radical ideas. Some like ISIS-Taliban use weapons and some like gow-rakshakhs keill people in India. Many of the hoodlums in RSS also burn-torch houses in last 70 years and creating riotes in India were first signs of terroriesm which actually started and origin is also from India and from RSS. It was RSS who created terroriesm in the World.
When India could consider making use of a ‘security exception’ clause -- Article 21(b)(iii) -- in the GATT to deny the MFN status to Pakistan or bring in certain trade restrictions ?
