It is nice to praise that era, but have a look on the history -what all had happened after Independence? How did Mr. Nehru became the Prime Minister? Why did the Partition had taken place? Why did 206 was enforced in Kashmir? Thousands of Hindus were killed all over in other side and total restrained was this side. Reservation is ruining the Nation.No where in the world any religious place is touched by the government, where as all temples in India are under some or the Government and a larger amount of collection go to the Government. There are many many such points, which are serious problem today could have been avoided.

you are a gullible and misguided person! May be you have participated in Freedom movement as a child. Please read more to have divergent opinions from news archieves with open mind. Present hate politics may not have been initiated by Nehru-Gandhi, but certainly their followers picked it up and nurtured it to full extent with certain definite clues from them. Can you deny that 1million people perished in riots and 10 million migrated from 1920-1948. what the duo did? India is still suffering.

it was a mean strategy of Britsh who want to tarnish / destroy the image of India b'coz they could not digest their loss as "Quit India". When you do any admin job/work then you will able to know how this small work take a strength to execute properly and that was a very big task, they both have tried their level best but we won freedom but in a splited way.

dear it is not easy to think about them but quite easy to remark when india got freedom most of the intellectual men could not accept that even many saying / camaigning that it is a fake news india is not free. it is you liberty to write what ever u want but pushing british from India was not such a easy task. you can write but u cant have guts to touch the upper surface of his small work which he has done for India
