It is only BJP who could something to the back-ward communities. Congress has created this differentiation of caste for vote bank politics. Irrespective of caste and creed, we are all humans. Congress has prompted the backward classes to think that they are an inferior quality. In the beginning government should have thought of the economically weaker section rather than caste and creed.
The thought seems ro be perversion of people who have down razed in elections. BJP will do goos to all Indians irrespective of cast creed or rekigions and would maximize number of people crossing the poverty lines. Secularism will not be used as instrument to maintain a divided India but will be abhorred by the concept of India First supported by the laws of equity and laws of empowerment to nurture equality. The negative people can now go ob syaing whatever they like about BJP , it is all inconsequential even organizing catastrophic evnents willnhave no effect. Opposition should become constrive and join in buildingthe New India.
and the RSS always labour hard to create the impression that Indians fall into 6 or 7 neat, watertight, very distinct and internally very homogeneous compartments. And these compartments are hyndu....muxlim....chrittin....sikh.....buddhists....jains....parsis !
The constituents in each of these distinct compartments are homogeneous and perfectly at peace with each other according to the komaaaalis and the RSS. And everyone in one compartment is completely and equally different from everyone in every other compartment.Â
And while the realities of different castes, different languages, different cuisines, cultures, dresses, etc are spoken about in a condescending manner, the most central and intrinsic difference between people - class - is carefully avoided and every one of the numerous inconvenient realities associated with the different classes of people is ignored !
Unfortunately for the komaaaalis and the RSS, class differences are too hard realities to simply melt away from the consciousness of people, however much the komaaaalis bray hyndu.....muxlim....chrittin.....hyndu....!
To take an example, nearly 3/4 ths of all those with hyndu names live on less than Rs 86/- per day (as do those with muxlim and possibly buddhist names too). This converts to a maximum monthly family income of around Rs 10500 for a family of four. And a very large sub segment lives on less than half this amount. Food, shelter, healthcare, education, transport, clothing and every other expense have to be met with this amount that is paltry by todays standards.
By contrast, the top 1 % of those with hyndu names as well as muxlim or other names lead lives of luxury and most of them do so primarily by stealing public wealth (most often through evasion of taxes) that should have been there to help the 75 % who lead lives of extreme deprivation.
And it is this 1 % from which the leaderships of the komaaaali party as well as the Congress and most other parties are overwhelmingly drawn !
By all means, if the komaaaali party can serve the interests of all those with hyndu names, that would indeed be a very wonderful thing. For, at least 80 % of the Indian population would then be able to live in a much more equitable and much more just society ! That would be a truly big leap forward from the shixt hole that Indian society remains today !
But, if the interests of all those with hyndu names are truly promoted in an equitable manner by the komaaaali party and the RSS, it would immediately mean that the monstrous theft of public wealth by less than 1 % of those with hyndu names has to be stopped !
That, of course, is just too inconvenient even to suggest (let alone consider) for the RSS and the komaaaalis, the self styled protectors of hyndus !
Is the author suggesting that Congress has absolutely empowered the Dalits. If that is correct then with 60 years of reservation the dalits should have been empowered and should need reservation to compete with all communities irrespective of caste or religion. By clubbing the muslims and the dalits together, they intend divide the Hindus. I am all for empowering the dalits, not just the dalits,all communities that do not have access to education and opportunities. We should help the marginalized how to fish not to grab the fish someone has caught.
