If they buy and eat meat that is fine, they can't smuggle/steal cow from a poor farmer and eat it. Who will compensate these poor farmer?
I am surprised the hypocricy of political parties and and some specific classes.Theay do march with banners to protest of lynching of particular community people at the same time they are silent when Army person was lynched at Kashmir by mob outside the masjid and recent incedent at west bangal a Hindu was lynched.Even So called secular Congress also silent on this matter.It means only minority community is given attention for vote politics.

How many lynchings of army men took place?And this was restricted to Kashmir alone. The lynchings in name of c0w is happening all over India. Instead of giving justice to the minor communities, you keep beating the drums about previous govt failureetc. Your people were also part of the earlier govt for last 60years. Don't make a mockery of yourself to the world.

pak army/isi/citizens are lynching indian army men and civilians every day..... No protest for that....?

Let there be a scientific investigation and analysis of (1)was beef ever consumed in parts of ancient India? (2)is there something not at all present in other meats? (3)whether the gaumutr truly has any outstanding and scientifically provable properties? (4)why was gaurakshan forgotten till this govt.came to power? (5) is it possible to clone beef animals? (6) can really thorough analysis be done in laboratories in countries like the US, UK, Germany, Australia/New Zealand, Russia, China and Canada ? Till such steps are thought of, let the govt. withdraw all direct and indirect laws, orders, GRs, policies banning beef. The Constitution can also be amended with comparative ease to remove Art.48. That will help stop the violence on that account. PM`s hard sounding words were nothing short of an Oscar performance, because they meant nothing concrete at all.
