Modi says we are afraid to have War with you and Jaitley is not in right state of mind.
We can have war with small countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, Kashmir, Afganistan, Nepal and Srilanka and also with Indian citizens on unlimited corruption, Income tax notices on people not having any assets or property, stealing notes from them, bullying them in name of GST, Aadhar, Pan card and the taxes have been made so complicated plus farmers have increased cost of all food after getting loan waivers. The laws in multiple GST taxes are so worse even lawyers, judges and governments have difficulty in understanding them. Congress laws were simple and easy.
is yet again in sore need of a diversionary tactic !
Earlier, he jumped right into the half baked idea of demonetization some dim wit whispered into his ears and believed in earnest that he is going to make everyone look up at him in awe !
And now, with the demonetization claiming a very big victim in the form of small and subsistence level farmers who lost all their investments due to the crash in prices (a direct result of the demonetization), the komaaaaali is running from state to state writing off tens of thousands of crores of rupees in farm loans !
From braying aloud incessantly about putting an end to black money during the demonetization, the komaaaali is now down to not saying a word about it or a word about how much the exercise fetched for the state in black money !!
Likewise, he has now jumped into a hastily put together GST regime. In all probability, the venture into Bhutan is a similar clever by half trick to divert the attention of commoners from the unfolding ill effects of the GST regime.

Sorry not agreed Sir.GST is a good move but currently has some implementation problems. They will be ironed out in a month or two. GST has long term implication which common people will not be able to even realise or feel.

I did not say a word against the concept of the GST. The GST has been in the works for more than a decade.
Despite this fact however, the governments (both Congress led and BJP led) have not been able to finalise a workable draft. The komaaaali, eager to try and take credit for the move, has simply leapt into it without even understanding the implications.

Piri I don't completely buy your argument on GST. I agree it is a botched up GST to a very large extent but it is a work in progress & the Govt over a period of 2 or 3 years will have to rationalise the rates to just maybe 3% & 18%. What they have done just now is overcomplicate the situation but this is typical of an IAS officer drafting a complex piece of accounting in jargon, confusing everyone & keeping the door open to myriad interpretations. The Bhutan issue is completely China's attempt at stirring up trouble in the region to establish their dominance & superiority. President Xi would also like to show something special for the 19th Congress to be held next month which would give him unassailable power. Modi wouldn't go to the extent of conflating something like this as China is not Pakistan & is very capable of going on the offensive at the slightest provocation.

P M Modi has more responsibility as a PM of the country and whatever step he has taken will be taken will be taking into account all the aspects. He has got experts on foreign policy and experts from army for advice and being a mature and experienced person whatever action he take will be in the interest of nation.

Useless komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali, do you think you are the only intelligent person on this universe and still you are jobless with only activity of writing nonsense all the time.

Useless Komaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaali, Kerala will benefit from GST as it is a consumerist state. There will be 20% increase in Keral's tax collection is expected. This is as per K Ramaswamy, partner of R Krishna Iyer & Co., Chartered Accountants
India has kept unusually silent in this face off with China which signifies dignity & courage but prolonged silence may also harm us as China has a tendency to change the narrative often. I am reminded of that great man Dr Manmohan Singh who kept silent most of the time. If he were to be in this position the BJP would have hounded him to all corners of the world & forced him to speak out of turn. I am no apologist for the Congress but in these tense moments they have chosen to go with the wisdom of the ruling Govt. & kept a low profile. This is the way an Opposition should function & should not be turned into a rabble rousing bunch.

Bhutan cannot be called a parasite.
There is indeed an agreement between India and Bhutan to have a common foreign policy and to support each other in international fora (like the U.N). However, it does not enjoin India to fight wars on behalf of Bhutan, especially over territory such as the Doka La region which is not demarcated in any boundary agreement between China and Bhutan.

Sanjay you obviously don't know much about geo political strategy. Calling Bhutan a parasite is akin to calling Modi a political novice. Please read up & find out Bhutan's relevance for India & the region & why China wants to create a rift between Bhutan & India.
The way the heading and the article has been written , it seems that our Govt takes permission from antinational journalists including Rediff before executing any plan !!!
He will invite Chini's President and swing on the bank of River Sabarmati, then he will offer him for Biryani at Hotel Taj in dinner and thereafter he will fly to Pakistan with meeting with Nawaz Sharif .....

He will do that to you upside down. You guys are commenting without being to China. The tall imposing buildings & infrastructure will shock the daylights out of anyone. It is as good as New York. China is at least 50 years ahead of India in it's development so there is no comparison. We should calibrate our responses instead of thinking we can take on China. However I do agree that it is important to stand up to the world bully at present but India is keeping too silent.

You keep on muttering. There is nobody to take your opinion seriously.
We talk that China has got all the components in every item like laptop etc. Stopping business with them means you cannot use any item, which is commonly used by every one Coming to India, what have we got to our credit. Nothing. We export all our intelligentsia to foreign countries. We are left with second grade people. So where is the scope for doing anything special. We are making ourselves a dependent country. This is the reason every one show their colour on us while enjoying our top intelligentsia in their countries. The intention of the foreign countries is that we should not have any intelligent personalities so that we always be under-developed and depending on them. Even we are ready to beg foreign countries to take our intelligentsia. Let us retain some of the intelligentsia and make use of them for development of our country repeat our country. Unless we adopt such a policy, we will be at the mercy of other countries. Do not delay on this matter though it is too late. Diplomacy plays a greater role than military. We are of the first rank (diplomacy) and the Chinese are the second rank (military). No body has come forward so far in support of India or any body advised China/India to desist from the war rhetoric. So it is high time we should depend on our own legs. Jai Hind. Jai Bharat.

I disagree with Gopal Raogaru. All who had chosen to be the second class citizens of US are not top brains. We are left with many who count.
Let us not get deviated on artificially created China problem. Indian public should stick on to GST and its aftereffects. Prices are souring for tax paying private middle class. Govt servants are enjoying the benefits through pensions etc. Real estate has fallen. Modi has dress not less rs 10 lacs! Indian children are deprived of food. No concentration on food production and agriculture. GST is a failure and China problem is created to make people not to think on GST. Gujarat now swings back to Rahul led Congress. If Gujarat makes a comeback with Congress then it is good for GST amendments.
