The best form of defence is offence! This is what is practiced by china and Pakistan our neighbors! It's not the case with Bangladesh, Nepal, srilanka, Bhutan etc. India does not believe in that too! So it's tough to handle these neighbours. Us and USSR except that big powers they don't indulge the Chinese way.but never let the aggressor free! India has to go to UN for china aggression. Or match them by doing similar in their area!!
In India we believe that the best defense to attack is in Human Values. There were many Chinese tyrants who came to India to loot India (as today), and many who came to learn. The once who came to learn the world still remembers.
